My experience at premier inn lime street was a good one. I was there with my 2 children and husband. Room was ok and location was really good and close to town. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful and they had really good customer service. Special mention to Bronough at reception who was always with a smile on her face and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and keep the kids busy by giving them colouring stuff.
As with all Premier Inns the beds are nice and comfortable. We just had one night here but it was great. Very good location, very central. Easy walk to the central Liverpool city area and Lime Street station is right across the road.

I wanted to leave a special thank you to two members of staff at the Premier Inn near Liverpool Lime Street station who helped me early on a Saturday morning around 4am. Unfortunately I did not catch their names, but I truly hope this message reaches them. I had just got out of a taxi when I accidentally trapped my thumb in the door and it started bleeding quite badly. Lime Street station was still closed and all the nearby shops were shut, so I had nowhere to get first aid. I went into the hotel hoping someone could help, and one kind staff member immediately checked if I was okay and reassured me. Another colleague quickly brought the first aid kit and carefully helped bandage my thumb. Their calm, kindness and willingness to help someone who was not even a guest meant a lot to me in that moment. It could have been a very stressful situation, but they treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Thank you both again for your help and compassion. You made a difficult start to the morning much easier, and I am truly grateful.
Stayed at Premier inn lime street from Thursday to Monday. Room was OK but needed a bit of a refresher. Location was really good too. The most amazing staff were at reception. Bronaugh was exceptional, really helpful and her service was top notch. Very nice girl, always with a smile on her face. Her customer service was a 10/10.
I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre (Lime Street) and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent — right next to Lime Street Station — which made getting around Liverpool incredibly easy. Whether walking to shops, museums, or restaurants, everything felt close and convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well organised. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, especially the bed, which lived up to Premier Inn’s reputation for a good night’s sleep. The room was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay, including tea and coffee facilities and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of hot and cold options and plenty of choice to suit different tastes. The dining area was relaxed and well managed, even during busier times. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for money, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to Liverpool and would recommend it to both leisure and business travellers.
A wonderful experience during my time visiting. A wonderful welcome at reception. Check In was a breeze. Picked my time for dinner. Dinner was a great experience. Staff were excellent. Food was delicious and good quality. A good night sleep. Followed by a good breakfast in the morning. Good selection available. Perfect walking distance from Lime Street Station. Would definitely stay again.
